Shipping Information

Standard Shipping
Orders within the U.S. are shipped with FedEx SmartPost. Final delivery is by the US Postal Service. PO Boxes are acceptable. Items are generally shipped out the next business day. Delivery typically takes 4-6 business days.

Hawaii, Alaska, APOs, FPOs, DPOs, and international orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail.
Allow 2-3 weeks for international deliveries.
Please note: Outside of the United States, we can only ship to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and the United Kingdom.  As shipping methods and security improve, we will expand our shipping to more countries.

Expedited Shipping
Available in continental US only. Orders will be shipped with FedEx Home Delivery or USPS Priority Mail. Expedited items cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days.

Shipping rates are determined by the order total in the cart.
Note: Shipping is not charged on downloadable products.

How to track your order
If you provide an email address with your order, you will be sent tracking information when your order ships. For orders with standard or expedited shipping, go to FedEx or USPS and enter the tracking link emailed to you. SmartPost orders will not appear in USPS tracking until FedEx transfers the package over to your local postal service. If your purchase was made using your customer account, your tracking link can be found under “Order Details” at All About Learning Press.
