All About Reading Placement Test
This placement test consists of two parts. Accurate placement depends on completing both portions of the test according to the instructions provided.
Part 1 - Reading Assessment: Your student will read one or more story exceprts. You will be asked to assess your student's fluency and comprehension.
Part 2 - Skills Assessment: After determining the student's reading level, the student will be tested on a series of level-specific skills.
Follow the steps below to complete the test:
- Click Continue to begin the test. A parent or teacher must complete the entire test with the student. The student should not work independently.
- Follow the placement guidelines provided at the end of the test.
