All About Math Level 4 is the fourth level of five in a delightful, multisensory program that carefully builds children’s understanding of how our number system works. This new level builds upon the foundation laid in All About Math Levels 1, 2, and 3, introducing decimals, finding common denominators to add and subtract fractions and mixed numbers, elapsed time story problems, and more!
Additional Item:
Manipulatives Kit for hands-on learning, a one-time purchase used for all five levels
The All About Math Teacher’s Manual will feel familiar and like an old friend to those who are accustomed to All About Reading and All About Spelling. The layout is the same, with each lesson starting with a Before You Begin section to prepare you for what will be taught, then moving into Review of previous concepts before the New Teaching is presented. Lessons are open-and-go and fully scripted for busy parents, teachers, and tutors so that you will know exactly what to say and do to make the concepts understandable for your student.
The All About Math Level 4 Student Packet includes a Swoop into Math Activity Book, Oxley’s Math Tools, and a set of themed stickers.
Each level comes with a student book filled with hands-on activities to keep your child engaged and motivated with learning. These are the colorful, fun, multisensory activities that All About Learning Press is known for.
In addition to activities for each lesson, the All About Math Level 4 Activity Book also includes the level’s Daily Review Tracker, Oxley’s Math Fun! games, Math Practice pages, story problem pages, periodic progress monitoring sheets for parents, and the Progress Chart and Certificate of Achievement.
All About Math has a Daily Review Tracker checklist specific to each level. This tracker details the skills a student needs to master as she moves through the material. This will help you ensure you spend time reviewing just the skills your child needs to review and don’t waste time reviewing skills she has already mastered.
Every lesson in All About Math Level 4 that introduces a new concept includes an Oxley’s Math Fun! game. These games are designed to be played over and over to provide enjoyable, motivating review of the skills taught. Your student will learn to generate equivalent fractions as she helps a panda climb a bamboo stalk. She’ll model decimals as she takes a road trip across the USA, and she’ll perfect a satisfying soup recipe while multiplying fractions by whole numbers! These games and the 35 others will keep your child begging for math review!
Each level of All About Math contains a packet of Math Tools. These materials are resources used to support learning, and All About Math Level 4’s Math Tools range from an Elapsed Time Clock to an Equivalent Fractions Mat to Units of Measurement Cards. Many of these Math Tools, such as the Decimal Place Value Chart, are used in the dry-erase pocket to allow children to understand the complexities of concepts much more easily. Each Math Tool is used for multiple lessons and is printed on durable cardstock to stand up to the task.
Each level includes a set of custom-designed themed stickers that match the Progress Chart and a large sticker showcasing the level’s hero character. Collect all the characters and place them somewhere special!
The All About Math Manipulatives Kit is a one-time purchase used for all five levels of All About Math. These carefully chosen items are designed to help you take abstract concepts and make them concrete.
Our kids have EXCELLED with All About Math! We are thrilled and wish we’d had it when homeschooling our older kids as well!
All About Math level 3 was a supplement for my 6th grader to fix a fractions gap my daughter had and it took her from hating math and fighting with me every day over it to now LOVING math and asking me to give her additional prealgebra questions to do in her free time. She is in 6th grade this year, but just working through the level 3 fractions made everything click for her. I have no idea where this wanting to do prealgebra questions came from, but I’ll take it!
All About Math Level 2 has been such a great balance for our family. The lessons are short, hands on, and very engaging, which has honestly made all the difference. Math has actually become the requested subject to start our day, and I never thought I’d say that. The activities keep them involved and thinking, and the concepts are taught in a way that builds real understanding instead of just memorizing steps. I’ve seen such a boost in both confidence and comprehension. My older son feels appropriately challenged, and my younger one doesn’t feel behind. The program is clear, effective, and manageable for me as the teacher, which matters just as much. We’ve experienced real growth this year, and I truly can’t wait to continue with the next levels!!
