A snake on a pancake? An elephant in a tractor? In this game, your child will make silly sentences about animals in strange places. Get ready for some silly match-ups!\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n

Prepare Your \u201cSilly Sentence Match-Ups\u201d Game<\/h2>\r\n\r\n
    \r\n
  1. Download the \"Silly Sentence Match-Ups<\/a>\" game.<\/li>\r\n
  2. Select the pages for the level(s) you wish to play and print the animal and place cards back to back on card stock.<\/li>\r\n
  3. Cut out the cards along the dotted lines.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\"Silly<\/a>\r\n\r\n

    Playing \u201cSilly Sentence Match-Ups\u201d<\/h2>\r\n\r\n

    Are you ready? This could get a bit silly!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\"Silly\r\n\r\n

    Select the animal and place cards you want to review with your child. The animals cards are marked with a paw print on the back and the place cards are marked with a compass rose. You'll notice that the paw print and compass rose symbols are color-coded for each level. Shuffle and place the cards face down in two piles, one for animals and one for places.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\"Stack\r\n\r\n

    Have your child draw one card from each pile.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\"Child\r\n\r\n

    Now let him read the resulting silly sentence.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\"A\r\n\r\n

    Continue playing until your child has successfully read all the silly sentences. For more practice (and more fun!), shuffle the cards and play again!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n

    • To play with multiple children, create draw piles for each child.<\/li>\r\n
